Note: Sync brings in only users of the organization whose name is provided in the configuration. If you have multiple organizations in your account please add them as separate instances.

  • Login to Zilla with Admin admin credentials.

  • Navigate to Applications tab, Click on Add ApplicationsApplication button on top-right.

  • On the next screen look for Search Library & and enter azure devops “azure devops” as search text, . You will see Microsoft Azure DevOps enrty entry, Click on click Add to Applications button to the right next to it.

  • On enabling the API Integration, detailed configuration fields are shown, We will need to add some additional information about the organization on Azure DevOps.:

    • The name of the Azure DevOps organization. → Your Azure DevOps organization name.

    • Personal Access Token. → PAT Created using your account with scopes Graph - Read & Member Entitlement Management

  • How to find organization & pat ( your Azure DevOps organization name and Personal Access Token ) ?:

    • organization Organization → When you log in to Azure DevOps dashboard you will see the organization name as part of URL OR just below Azure DevOps icon on top-left.

    • Personal Access Token → Login to Azure DevOps then go to click the User Settings icon near profile icon on top-right, You will see option . Click Personal access tokens below Usage click on it option.

      On the next screen click on + New Token.

      A On the form will appear, Give some meaningful token Name , fill in Name and select Organization (you can choose a single organization from the list or All accessible organizations). Set Also set expiration time as per your choicecompany’s policy. In the scopes section set choose Custom defined instead of Full access then and enable the following scopes,:

      • Graph - Read

      • Member Entitlement Management - Read

        Finally, click Create button. On success copy & and keep the token at in a secure place where it can not be accessed by any third party-person.

  • Now fill in these organization & PAT into the organization and Personal Access Token in the Zilla configuration dialog, Click click Next.

  • Sync will start & and accounts from the Azure DevOps will be visible.
