Note:

  1. If their there is no AAD application is available in the inventory then adding Sharepoint will automatically create an instance of AAD(Unmonitored) as parent applicationthe Parent Application.

  2. If their there is already an AAD instance present in your inventory then , adding Sharepoint will automatically set that AAD instance as parent applicationthe Parent Application.

  3. If their there are multiple AAD instance instances present in your inventory then while , when adding Sharepoint you have to must select which the AAD instance which should be parent application for your the Parent Application for the Sharepoint instance.

  • The Sharepoint instance will be added to your Applications inventory, click the Sharepoint application name.

Note: Before syncing Sharepoint do verify that the your AAD should be Parent AAD instance has been synced recently.

  • You will see a detailed application instance page. Click Sync now in the top right corner. In the profiles Profile tab , you can verify that the Parent application should be the one that you have selected while Application matches what was configured when adding the Sharepoint instance.

  • A dialog appears, enable API Integration.

  • Fill in the AAD tenant's domain name which you have savedwas saved in a previous step.

  • Click Next.

  • Click Next again.

  • Click Done.

  • On successful sync you will see the following summary.

  • Click Close.
