  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application in the top right corner.

  3. A window with a search bar appears, type in ServiceDesk Plus in the search bar. ServiceDesk Plus application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  2. If a detailed view of the ServiceDesk Plus application instance does not appear, click the ServiceDesk Plus app which was added to the Applications tab. Click Sync now in top right corner.

Note: Long email addresses for All Users are truncated by ServiceDesk Plus and will be likewise truncated in Zilla. Permissions are not synced for All Users. Long email addresses and permissions are properly synced for Technicians.
