This page describes the steps required to sync Trello users and permissions with Zilla using the Zilla Browser Extension.

Step 1. Navigate to your Trello instance in your library. Click Sync now. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.

Step 2. Sign in to Trello on your browser and click Members.

Step 3. Copy the URL and paste it back into Zilla. Click Next or Update.

  • Log into Zilla and click Add Application on the top right.

  • A window with a search bar appears, type in trello in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  • Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

  • Navigate to your Trello application instance in your Applications page. Click Sync now in the top right.

  • This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it and enter the URL for your Workspace members page.

  • Click Next/Sync Now.

  • This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Trello.

  • After clicking Launch Trello you may be redirected to login page if you are not already logged in.

  • Navigate to Workspace members page.

  • Click on Zilla’s Browser Extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Trello Workspace members.

    Step 6. A successful send will look like this. Return to Zilla by clicking on ‘Zilla Security’ in blue text.

    • A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.
