If required, name your instance of the application. Designate business Business and technical owner Technical Owner from the user picker. Click ‘Add to Applications'.

Find Go to Applications page now, and find the name of the application you just added in your Application using the search bar.

Click on your application instance the Application name hyperlink under the application column. This will open the Application column, you should get redirected to application details page.
