This document provides instructions on how to connect to an API to import data from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Set up an API configuration

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla

Step-by-Step Instructions

 

Steps to get Procurify Client Id and Client Secret

The first step is to request credentials from Procurify. Your role must have access to manage integrations settings in order to request API credentials. You can request API credentials by going to go:

  1. Settings in the left navigation bar.

  2. Integrations in the Tools section.

  3. View button beside API item

This page will allow you to enter an optional description of the application you are developing with the Procurify API and once you are ready, click on “Create Application”. On the next screen, you will be presented with a Client ID and a Client Secret. You will need to copy and save these credentials securely.

Please note that the Client Secret is only presented once.

Steps to setup Procurify application instance in Zilla

  1. Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Applicationin the top right.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in procurify in the search bar. Procurify application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

  1. A detailed view of Procurify application appears. Click Sync now or the gear icon in top right corner to configure your application.

  1. Enable API Integration option from the dialog.

  1. Add the configuration details from an earlier step and click Sync Now / Next.

    1. Client Id - OAuth application Client Id for the connector that you have created in Procurify.

    2. Client Secret - OAuth application Client Secret for the connector that you created in Procurify.

    3. Procurify Domain - This will be present in the Procurify url.

  1. Click Next.

  1. After clicking Next you may be redirected to login page if you are not logged in, otherwise you will be redirected to the consent page.. Click Continue... on the consent page and you will then be redirected back to Zilla.

     

  2. Click Done.

  1. Review the sync summary and click Close
