Steps to setup Azure DevOps application instance in Zilla

• Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Applicationin the top right.

• A window with a search bar appears, type in azure devops in the search bar. Azure DevOps application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

• Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click on Add to Applications button.

• A detailed view of Azure DevOps application appears. Click Sync now or the gear icon in the Applications tab,

• Click on the app name. A details screen appears with Sync now hyperlink on top-right click it,

• A popup dialog appears, Click the slider button to enable API Integration,

• On enabling the API Integration detailed configuration fields are shown, We will need to add some additional information about the organization on Azure DevOps.

• How to find your Azure DevOps organization name and Personal Access Token:

  • Organization → When you log in to Azure DevOps dashboard you will see the organization name as part of URL OR just below Azure DevOps icon on top-left.

  • Personal Access Token → Login to Azure DevOps then click the User Settings icon near profile icon on top-right. Click Personal access tokens option.

    On the next screen click + New Token.

  • On the form, fill in Name and select Organization (you can choose a single organization from the list or All accessible organizations). Also set expiration time per your company’s policy. In the scopes section choose Custom defined and enable the following scopes:

    • Graph - Read

    • Member Entitlement Management - Read

      Finally, click Create button. On success copy and keep the token in a secure place where it can not be accessed by any third party-person.

• Now fill in the organization and Personal Access Token in the Zilla configuration dialog, click Next.

• On the below pop-up, click Next. Sync will start.

• Review the sync summary and click Close in the pop-up.
