Steps to setup Azure DevOps application instance in Zilla
Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click
Add Application
in the top right.

A window with a search bar appears, type in
azure devops
in the search bar. Azure DevOps application entry will appear at the top of the list, clickAdd to Applications
button to the right.

Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click on
Add to Applications
button.

You will see the entry of newly added
Microsoft Azure DevOps
application in theApplications
tab,

Click on the app name. A details screen appears with
Sync now
hyperlink on top-right click it,

A popup dialog appears, Click the slider button to enable
API Integration

Need to enter the following details
The name of the Azure DevOps organization. → Your Azure DevOps organization name.
Personal Access Token. → PAT Created using your account with scopes Graph - Read & Member Entitlement Management
How to find
organization
& pat ( your Azure DevOps organization name and Personal Access Token ) ?:organization
Organization → When you log in to Azure DevOps dashboard you will see the organization name as part of URL OR just below Azure DevOps icon on top-left.Note: Sync brings in only users of the organization whose name is provided in the configuration. If you have multiple organizations in your account please add them as separate instances.
Personal Access Token → Login to Azure DevOps then go to click the
User Settings
icon near profile icon on top-right, You will see option . Click Personal access tokens belowUsage
click on it option.On the next screen click on + New Token.
A On the form will appear, Give some meaningful token
Name
, fill in Name and select Organization (you can choose a single organization from the list or All accessible organizations). Set Also set expiration time as per your choicecompany’s policy. In the scopes section set choose Custom defined instead ofFull access
then and enable the following scopes,:Graph - Read
Member Entitlement Management - Read
Finally, click
Create
button. On success copy & and keep the token at in a secure place where it can not be accessed by any third party-person.
Now fill in these
Sync will start & accounts from the Azure DevOps will be visibleorganization
&PAT
into the organization and Personal Access Token in the Zilla configuration dialog, Click clickNext
.
