Log into Zilla and click
Add Applicationon the top right. A search bar appears, type inCustomer.ioin the search bar. an application entry will appear at the top of the list, clickAdd to Applicationsbutton to the right.

Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click
Add to Applicationsbutton.
Navigate to your Customer.io application instance in your library. Click
Sync nowin the top right.
This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.
Click
Next.This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click
Launch Customer.io.
After clicking
Launch Customer.ioyou may be redirected to login page if you are not logged in, otherwise you will be redirected to https://fly.customer.io/settings/team page.
Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click
Sendto synchronize Users.
A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click
Send.
Navigate to Account Settings > Workspaces from left hand side pane to show all workspaces. https://fly.customer.io/settings/workspaces
We will sync all the workspaces as groups . To sync a workspace follow the steps below:
Step 1 : Click on a workspace to sync on the workspaces page, then click General workspace settings.
Step 2 : On the workspace setting edit page, click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click
Sendto synchronize Workspace Users.
Step 3 : Repeat Steps 1 and 2 above until all workspaces are synced.
To sync account settings, navigate to Account Settings > Security.
Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click
Sendto synchronize Security Settings.
On Zilla, click
Done.Click
