Overview

This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1. Navigate to your Twilio application instance in your library. Click Sync Now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.

Step 2. In another browser window, login to Twilio. Click the drop-down icon on the top left corner and select Go to Admin Center. This option is only available to the Owner of Twilio Organization.

Step 3. Click on Accounts on the left sidebar.

Step 4. Click the Account you want to sync.

Step 5. Once navigated to the Account page, copy the URL and paste it into the first URL text box in the Zilla Twilio - Integration Configuration dialog.

Step 6. Select the Users tab. Copy the URL and paste it into the second URL text box in the Zilla Twilio - Integration Configuration dialog.

Step 7. On Zilla, click Sync Now.

Step 8. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Twilio.

Step 9. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send.

Step 11. Click Visit Page to Synchronize Twilio users and click Send.

Step 12. On Zilla, click Done

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
