Overview

This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1. Navigate to your Airtable instance in your library. Click Sync now. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Browser Extension to enable it. Then click Next.

Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Airtable.

Step 3. Log in to Airtable.

Step 4. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, read and follow the instructions.

Step 5. Before the sync can occur, click on any of the Base Collaborators for which you want to sync the users. Navigate to the Base Collaborator and click on Share button on the top right hand corner.

Step 6. A pop up will open upon clicking Share, click Manage.

Step 7. A dialog will open with Collaborators and Pending invites for the Base.

A Base can have Collaborators and Pending Invites. Please send data for both to complete the sync.

Syncing Collaborators:

Step 8. To sync collaborators stay on the Collaborators tab and click on the Send button on the ZUS browser extension for Base Collaborators.

Note: If you have many accounts so that you have to scroll to see them all, click Send each time you scroll and make sure that no accounts are missed. It is ok if some accounts are sent more than once, duplicates will not be created.

Syncing Pending Invites:

Step 9. To sync pending invites accounts switch to Pending invites tab on the Manage Collaborators dialog and click Send on the ZUS browser extension for Invited Users.

Note: If you have many accounts so that you have to scroll to see them all, click Send each time you scroll and make sure that no accounts are missed. It is ok if some accounts are sent more than once, duplicates will not be created.

Step 10. A successful send will look like this.

Step 11. Return to Zilla and click Done.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
