Overview

This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

  3. A window with a search bar appears, type in Virtual Keypad in the search bar. Virtual Keypadapplication entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  4. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

  5. Click the Virtual Keypadapp which was added to the Applications tab, a detailed view of Virtual Keypad application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  6. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog and provide the Virtual Keypad Users page URL.

  7. Click Sync Now/Next.

  8. Read the instructions and click Launch Virtual Keypad.

  9. You will be redirected to Virtual Keypad Users page.

  10. If not logged in, please login to Virtual Keypad.

  11. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Users.

  12. A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

  13. On Zilla, click Done and then Close.



When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
