This document is designed to be a work in progress. As you are going through your onboarding, please help future employees by updating the document for corrections or items that you have found missing.

 

Security Content Training

For each of the software items listed below, please submit one access request (if you weren’t already set up with access). See the indented bullets for specific application names and permissions to select in the AR.

    • Before meeting with customers, be sure to login to the Zoom website using your Google account and check your profile to make sure your license is set to licensed and not basic, otherwise your meetings will have a max time limit of 40 minutes

Viewing/Editing Documents and CSVs

For viewing documents and CSV files, we use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. For Mac OS, you will need to download the applications from the app store. For Windows machines they should come preinstalled. You should already have access to use these applications from your Microsoft account which is linked to your Zilla email. However in the circumstance they forgot to give your account access, reach out to Jason Goldberg.
