Before meeting with customers, be sure to login to the Zoom website using your Google account and check your profile to make sure your license is set to licensed and not basic, otherwise your meetings will have a max time limit of 40 minutes
If your license is set to basic then reach out to Jason Goldberg to have him update your Zoom account
Viewing/Editing Documents and CSVs
For viewing documents and CSV files, we use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. For Mac OS, you will need to download the applications from the app store. For Windows machines they should come preinstalled. You should already have access to use these applications from your Microsoft account which is linked to your Zilla email. However in the circumstance they forgot to give your account access, reach out to Jason Goldberg.

Tenant Setup
To have your own tenant you’ll need to acquire a domain, which can be purchased for ~$10 per year
Recommended registrars: Cloudflare, Domain.com
After acquiring a domain you’ll need to setup email forwarding to have emails sent to an address at that domain be forwarded to your Zilla email
