Archiving an Application

Overview

If an application in Zilla no longer needs to be synced or undergo access reviews, it can be archived. Archiving apps allows Zilla users to focus on applications that are relevant to them but maintains the app information in the event it needs to be referenced.

Prerequisites

  • At least one application added to Zilla

Archiving an Application

  1. Navigate to the Applications page in Zilla.

  1. Search for the desired application. Click the > arrow next to the application’s name to display more information about the application and click Archive Application.

  1. Add the required comment and click Archive to finish archiving the application.

 

  1. Archived apps are visible on the Applications page by choosing to Show filters, clicking to expand the options for Is Archived, and then selecting Yes. Click on the application name to view additional information about the Profiles, Accounts, Permissions, etc. for the archived app.
