AWS Organization - Browser Extension

Note:

  1. You must have admin access to your AWS SSO Dashboard.

  2. We will use the Browser Extension to bring in AWS SSO Users.

Step 1. Navigate to your AWS Organizations instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right. This pop-up should appear, click the slider below Browser Extension to enable it. Sign in to AWS Organizations in a different browser window, then copy and paste the URL into the text field in the Zilla pop-up shown below. Click Sync Now.

Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch AWS Organizations.

Step 3. Click the gear icon and make sure that “User ID” and “Email” columns are visible and the “Created by” column is hidden. Set the “Page size” to Show up to 100 users. Click Confirm.

Note: Before clicking Send, make sure your visible table column sequence is
Username, Display name, Status, Email, User ID.

Step 4. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window and click Send.
