DocuSign
Note: Zilla recommends using the DocuSign API Integration. To switch over to the API integration, first archive the ZUS (Browser Extension) application instance and then create a new DocuSign instance enabling the API Integration. The DocuSign ZUS (Browser Extension) integration syncs DocuSign Integrations data in addition to the information synced via the API integration.
Log into Zilla and click
Add Applicationon the top right.
A window with a search bar appears, type in
docusignin the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, clickAdd to Applicationsbutton to the right.
Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click
Add to Applicationsbutton.
DocuSignapplication details page will appear. ClickSync nowin the top right.
A popup will appear. click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it, enter your organization page URL and click on
Next.
This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click
Launch Envoy.
Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click
Sendto synchronize DocuSign Users.
A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click
Send.
To synchronize DocuSign Group members, click
Visit pagenext to “Groups(2 of 3) :Synchronize DocuSign Group Members”.
Navigate to each Group and click
SendorSend Again.
This is how your browser extension will look like after you have successfully sent 4 groups.
To synchronize DocuSign Group app integrations, click
Visit pagenext to “Groups(3 of 3) :Synchronize DocuSign Integrations”.
Click
Sendto synchronize DocuSign Integrations.
Once sent, ZUS will look like this:
On Zilla, click
Done.
Review the sync summary and click
Close.
