IBM MaaS360

Step 1. Navigate to your IBM MaaS360 application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it. Fill in the URL for your IBM Maas360 account and click Sync Now.

Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch IBM MaaS360.

Step 3. You will be redirected to a login screen, log in to IBM MaaS360.

Step 4. Click SETUP on the title bar and select Administrators.

Step 5. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Administrators.

Step 6. A popup will appear. Review the list and click Send.

Step 7. To sync Users, Click on the USERS tab on a top left corner then select Directory.

Step 8. Click Customize Columns in the bottom right corner.

Step 9. Check the mark on User Identifier and click Save.

Step 10. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Send to synchronize Users.

Step 11. A popup will appear. Review the list and click Send.

Step 12. To synchronize groups, click on the USERS tab in the top left corner then select Groups.

Step 13. Click on the Users link below each group name.

Step 14. Click Send.

Step 15. Repeat steps 13 and 14 until all groups are sent.

Step 16. On Zilla, click Done.
