Duo Security

Overview

This article provides instructions on how to connect to an API to import data from your application into Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, set up an API configuration, and send your data securely to Zilla.

 

Generate API credentials in Duo Security

  1. Login to Duo Security admin account (https://admin.duosecurity.com/) using admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to Applications tab on the left menu bar and click Protect an Application on the right.

 

  1. Search for Admin API in search bar and click Protect for Admin API application.

 

  1. Copy Integration key, Secret key, and API hostname and save it for a future step.

 

  1. Scroll down to Settings on this same page and select all the Permissions checkboxes and click Save Changes.

Setup Duo Security Application API Integration on Zilla

  1. Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click on Add Application in the top right.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in duo security in the search bar and hit enter. Duo Security app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

4.The Duo Security app will be added to the Applications tab. Click on Duo Security in Application column.

 

  1. A detailed view of Duo Security application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  1. Enable API Integration. Enter the API hostname, Integration key and Secret key obtained above into the respective text boxes and click Sync Now/Next.

 

  1. Click Next and the sync will begin, then click Done.

  1. Successful sync will pop up with Sync Summary.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
