Outreach

  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application in the top right corner.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in Outreach in the search bar. Outreach application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

  1. If a detailed view of the Outreach application instance does not appear, click the Outreach app which was added to the Applications tab. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  1. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog.

  1. Click Sync Now/Next.

  2. Read the instructions and click Launch Outreach.

  1. You will be redirected to below page. Login to Outreach.

  1. You will be redirected to Users page. If you are not redirected, click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser and click the Active Users Visit page

  2. Click Send to synchronize Users.

  3. A preview dialog will appear. Review the list and click Send.

  1. On Zilla, click Done and then Close.
