Introduction

Zilla’s Provisioning installation consists of two very simple steps to connect your Zilla instance with either your ServiceNow or Jira Service Management (JSM) cloud instance.

1. Enabling your Zilla instance with the Provisioning module and

2. Installing the Zilla Access Request for ServiceNow (beta) or Jira Service Management application. 

Provisioning in Zilla

When enabled, a new Provisioning menu on the left-hand navigation menu will be present as shown to the right.

If you do not see the Provisioning menu on your Zilla instance, please reach out to your Customer Success or Account manager for assistance.
