Overview

This article provides instructions on how to connect to an API to import data from your application into Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, set up an API configuration, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Setup Delinea Application API Integration on Zilla

  1. Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click on Add Application in the top right.

  1. A window with a search bar appears, type in Delinea in the search bar and hit enter. Delinea app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  1. Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

  1. The Delinea app will be added to the Applications tab. Click on Delinea in Application column.

  1. A detailed view of Delinea application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  1. Enable API Integration. Enter the Delinea Domain, Delinea Username and Delinea Password into the respective text boxes and click Sync Now/Next.

  1. Click Next again and the sync will begin. Then click Done.

  1. Successful sync will pop up with Sync Summary. Click Close.

Note: Secrets are only returned via the API, and therefore are only synced with Zilla, once they have been added to a folder.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
