Enhanced login security for super-admin

Super admin login to the application using your Zilla password will now additionally require the use of One Time Passwords (OTP) which will be sent to your work email address at every new login attempt.

Reduce the frequency of this challenge by checking the “Remember Me” box on the login page.

  1. At login you will be presented with the following dialog box:

  1. Clicking on the button “Send me an email” will trigger an email that will be sent to your e-mail address on record (if this address is incorrect, please contact Zilla Support)
    The email you receive will look as follows:

  2. At the login screen, in the field “Enter code” enter the code obtained via e-mail.
    This code will expires in 5 minutes since you receive the email message. If expired, please start the login process again.

4. You should now be successfully logged into Zilla
