Steps to sync the application

1. Add application
   
   

   Open

   
   Open

   

2. Click on Sync Now
   
   

    

3. Enable ZUS
   
   

4. Add the configurations and Click Next

5. Sync will fail with the error as shown in the image
   
   

6. Click on the Settings
   
   

7. Go to the Audit Logs and search by the application name
   
   

8. Download the CSV file
   
   

9. Go back to the application and click on the gear icon
   
   

10. Enable the CSV sync and click on Sync Now

11. Select the Accounts & Permissions CSV File Upload option and click on Next
    
    

12. Upload the previously downloaded CSV file in step 8 above

13. Do the CSV column mapping and click on Next

14. Discard the sync

15. Again click on the gear icon and disable the CSV sync and Click on Sync Now

16. Sync will be successful
