View Audit Logs

This topic explains how Zilla administrators can access and use the Audit Logs screen to monitor activities such as user logins, campaign progress, and application syncs.

View Audit Logs

To view audit logs, go to Settings in the left sidebar and select the Audit Logs tab.

The Audit Logs page lists actions that occurred in your tenant, including:

  • User logins

  • Application configuration changes

  • Application syncs

  • Campaign actions

  • Administrative changes

  • Security policy updates

  • Access request updates

  • Campaign evidence uploads

Filter Audit Logs

You can filter audit logs by date, category, or a custom search query.

For example, to find a specific application sync:

  1. Set the category to Integration.

  2. Apply a date filter if needed.

  3. Search for the application name.

If the sync was performed via CSV, a downloadable CSV file is available. For ZUS syncs, the log includes an HTML file of the synced user table and a .png screenshot of the page.
