Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Set up Haruko application instance

  1. Login to Zilla with admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application, search for Haruko, and click Add to Applications.

  1. Designate a business and technical owner, indicate whether the application is mission critical to your org, and click Add to Applications.

  1. Click Sync now.

  1. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) and click Sync Now/Next.

  1. Read the instructions and click Launch Haruko.

  1. If prompted, log in to Haruko.

  2. Click the ZUS browser extension icon and click Send to synchronize Haruko Users.

  1. Review the data preview to confirm it is correct and click Send.

  1. Click Done in the Zilla application.

  1. Review the summary details to confirm the sync was successful and click Close.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
