Obtaining API Information

  1. Login to Mulesoft with your admin credentials.

  2. On the left sidebar, click Connected Apps

    to be redirected to your Connected Apps page.

  3. Click on the Create App

  1. Fill the shown fields Name , and as we are implemented the Client Credentials auth flow so we need to select the App acts on its own behalf (client credentials) option, and then click on the Add Scope.

  1. In the scope add minimal these scopes Access Controls Viewer, View Users in a particular organization, View Organization from the Add Scopes UI and click on the Next button.

  1. In this 2nd step “Select Business Groups“ select business groups (recommended to select all available groups) and click on Next button and then click on Add Scope.

  1. Now after everything added click on save button.

  1. Now, your app will be created and will be listed in the “Connected Apps“, click on newly created app, and copy ID and Secret from their.

  1. Now, go to “Business Groups“ and click on the root Business group, and look for the Business Group ID and copy that ID. we need it as a Organization Id.

  1. Now we have Client Id, Client Secret and Orgnization Id.

Set Up the Integration in Zilla

  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

  3. A window with a search bar appears, type in Mulesoft in the search bar. Mulesoft application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner, dialogue will be open there enable the “API Integration” toggle button.

  1. Now there are three fields Organization ID, Client ID and Client Secret so paste these values respectively with what we’ve copied above, and hit the “Sync Now” button.

  1. In the next dialog, click “Next”, Sync will be started.

In the next dialog, click “Done”.

If the sync is successful, a notification indicating that the sync completed will appear.

 

  1. Review the sync summary, click Close. Review the information in Zilla that was synced.
