Introduction

This article will outline how to use Onelogin Reports to gather privileged user information, and options for uploading that data into Zilla.

Due to limitations with the Onelogin API, Onelogin administrator privilege information is not available via API. This creates a scenario wherein a second connector is needed to extract privileged user data.

Creating A Privileges Report in Onelogin

  1. Sign into Onelogin as an admin, and navigate to the following page:
    https://{your subdomain}.onelogin.com/reports/3

  2. Under “More Actions”, select “Clone Report”

  3. This will create a report called “Privileged Users Copy”. You may change the name of this report to make it easier to find.
    Select “Add Column”
    Search for and select “Status”.
    Save the report.

Creating the Zilla Connector

  1. Return to your Zilla admin console. Select “Add Application”

  2. Add a “Custom Application”, name it “Onelogin Privileged Users” and assign the appropriate information.

  3. Open the app connector and click on the settings (gear) icon next to “sync now”

  4. Choose CSV or Browser Extension

    1. If CSV is selected, return to the Onelogin reported created earlier, and download the CSV

Follow the instructions in this article to complete the setup.

    2. If Browser Extension is selected, use the report created earlier to follow the instructions in this article.

When you have finished your configuration, return to Zilla and review the information that was synced.
