  1. Login to Zilla with Admin credentials.

  2. Click Add Application on the top right corner.

  3. A window with a search bar appears, type in Expensify expensify in the search bar. Expensify application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  4. Fill in the form with appropriate details and click Add to Applications button.

    Click the Expensify app which was added to the Applications tab.

  5. A detailed view of Expensify application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  6. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog.

  7. Click Sync Now Next.

  8. Read the instructions and click Launch Expensify.

  9. You will be redirected to Expensify Dashboard, login with your Expensify admin credentials.

  10. You will be redirected to Domain Members page. Click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser. Instead of clicking on Visit page button, Select Domain Admins on the left sidebar.

    Click Send on the browser extension.

    and click Send to the right of Domain Members to sync domain members.

  1. A display preview will popup displaying a list of Domain Members with their other details, Click Send.

  2. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, and click Visit Page to the right of Domain Admins to navigate to Domain Admins page.

  3. Click Zilla’s Browser Extension in the top right corner of the browser. and click Send to the right of Domain Admins to sync domain admins.
