Overview

This article provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla. You will launch your application from Zilla, activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin, and send your data securely to Zilla.

Obtain Necessary URLs

  • You will need to access the Domain Members and Domain Admins page

Set Up the Integration in Zilla

  1. Add the desired application to Zilla. For instructions on this process, refer to this article.

  2. Click Sync now in the top right corner on the application instance page for Expensify.

  1. Enable Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) option from the dialog.

  2. Click Next.

  1. Read the instructions and click Launch Expensify.

  1. Log in to the Expensify Dashboard with your admin credentials.

  1. You will be redirected to Domain Members page. Click Zilla’s browser extension icon in the upper right corner of the window and click Send to the right of Domain Members to sync domain members.

  1. A display preview will popup displaying a list of Domain Members with their other details. Click Send.

  1. Click the browser extension icon and click Visit Page to the right of Domain Admins to navigate to Domain Admins page.

  1. Click the browser extension ison and click Send to the right of Domain Admins to sync domain admins.

  1. A display preview will popup displaying a list of Domain Admins. Review the list and click Send.

  1. Go back to Zilla dashboard and click Done.

  1. Click Close.
