Zendesk changed oauth client setup and force public type of client to use PKCE challenge. At the moment, this API integration does not support PKCE challenge, change the configuration from Public (default) to Confidential before moving to next step.

  • Visit the Zilla application and login using your admin credentials and then click Add Applicationin the top right.

  • A window with a search bar appears, type in zendesk in the search bar and hit enter. Zendesk app entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

  • Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications.

  • A detailed view of Zendesk application appears. Click Sync now in top right corner.

  • Enable API Integration and fill in the mandatory fields. Click Next/Sync Now.
    Note: Do not include 'https' for the Zendesk Domain value.
