Overview

This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions

This page describes the steps required to sync MongoDB data with Zilla using the Zilla Browser Extension.

Step 1. Navigate to your MongoDB instance in your library. Click Sync now. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.

Step 2. Sign into MongoDB.

Step 3. Click the Access Manager dropdown. From the dropdown select Organization Access.

Step 4. Copy the URL from this page back to the empty textbox in Zilla.

Step 5. Click Next or Update.

Step 6. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch MongoDB.

Step 7. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window and click Send.

Step 8. A successful send will look like this. Return to Zilla by clicking on ‘Zilla Security’ in blue text.

Step 9. For any remaining pages click Visit page, follow instructions in the browser extension and repeat step 7 until all desired data is sent to Zilla.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
