Overview
This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.
In this guide, you will:
Launch your application from inside Zilla
Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin
Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Note: Zilla support to sync SAML provisioning users. If you used Jenkins with SAML provisioning, use option second to sync Jenkins users and roles.
Option 1: Normal Jenkins sync (without SAML provisioning)
Step 1. Navigate to your Jenkins instance in your Applications library. Click Sync now
link in the top right. This pop-up should appear, click the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.
Step 2. Sign in to Jenkins on your browser and select Manage Jenkins
on the left menu.
Step 3. Select Manage Users
in the Security section.
Step 4. Copy the URL and paste it back into the URL text box in the Zilla Jenkins - Integration Configuration dialog.
Step 5. Click Sync Now

Step 6. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Jenkins
.
Step 7. Click the browser extension icon in the window's upper right corner, and click Send
.
Don’t click on Visit page
for second Assign Roles option. This option is only for SAML Authentication.
Step 8. Preview window will be displayed, click on Send
.
Step 9. On Zilla, click Done
.
Option 2: SAML Provisioning.
Step 1. Navigate to your Jenkins instance in your Applications library. Click Sync now
link in the top right corner. This pop-up should appear, click the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.
Step 2. Sign into Jenkins on your browser and select Manage Jenkins
on the left menu.
Step 3. Select Manage and Assign Roles
in the Security section.
Step 4. Select Assign Roles
.
Step 5. Copy the URL and paste it back into the URL text box in the Zilla Jenkins - Integration Configuration dialog.
Step 6. Click Next
.
Step 7. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Jenkins
.
Step 8. Click the browser extension icon in the window's upper right corner, and click Send
.
Don’t click on Visit page
for first “Users” option. This option is only for non SAML Authentication.
Step 9. On Zilla, click Done
.
When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
