Step-by-Step Instructions
Note: You must be using an admin account for this to work.
Note: 1Password logs users out frequently; when visiting a new page during the following process, you may be returned to the login screen and have to login again. This is normal.
Step 1. Navigate to your 1Password instance in your library. Click Sync now. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Browser Extension to enable it. Sign in to 1Password on your browser, then copy and paste the URL into the text field in the Zilla pop-up shown below. Then click Next (or Update).
Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch 1Password.
Step 3. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window and click Send.
A successful send will look like this.
Step 4. Sync Groups
After hitting Send for the People page, select Groups in 1Password.
Select the first group in your list to show all users in that group.
Open the browser extension and hit Send
If you have more than one group, select the Groups page once more, and repeat this process for each group you wish to sync.
Step 5. Your Browser extension should look similar to the example below. Only after you have finished syncing all of your users and groups, return to Zilla.
When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
