Overview
This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.
In this guide, you will:
Launch your application from inside Zilla
Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin
Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1. Navigate to your Airtable instance in your Applications page. Click Sync now
. This pop-up should appear, click on the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS)
to enable it. Then click Next
.
Step 2. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Airtable
.
Step 3. Log in to Airtable.
Step 4. Click the browser extension icon located in the upper right of the window, read and follow the instructions.
Step 5. Before the sync can occur, click on any of the Base Collaborators for which you want to sync the users. Navigate to the Base Collaborator and click Share
on the top right hand corner.
Step 6. A pop up will open, click Manage
.
Step 7. A dialog will open with Collaborators and Pending invites for the Base.
A Base can have Collaborators and Pending Invites. Please send data for both to complete the sync.
Syncing Collaborators:
Step 8. To sync collaborators stay on the Collaborators tab and click Send
on the ZUS browser extension for Base Collaborators.
Preview window will pop-up. Preview the data and click Send
.
Syncing Pending Invites:
Step 9. To sync pending invites accounts, switch to Pending invites tab on the Manage Collaborators dialog and click Send
on the ZUS browser extension for Invited Users.
Preview window will pop-up. Preview the data and click Send
.
Step 10. A successful send will look like this.
Step 11. Return to Zilla and click Done
and then click Close
.
When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
