Overview

This document provides instructions on how to use Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to import data (accounts, integrations and settings) from this application into your instance of Zilla.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Launch your application from inside Zilla

  2. Activate the ZUS browser extension while logged into your application as an admin

  3. Send your data securely to Zilla.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1. Navigate to your Box application instance in your Zilla Applications library. Click Sync now in the top right. This popup should appear, click the slider below Browser Extension to enable it.

Step 2. In another browser window, log in to Box and click Admin Console in the bottom left corner.

Step 3. Select Users & Groups on the left bar, then Click External Users tab and copy the URL and paste it into the URL text box in the Zilla Box dialog.

Step 4. Click on Sync Now.

Step 5. This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Box.

Step 6. Sign in to your account.

Step 7. Click on the browser extension logo located in the top right. Click on Send to Synchronize Box External Users.

Step 8. Review the user list and click Send.

Step 9. The checkmark beneath Sent pages confirms that your data was sent. If you are not on the correct page, click Visit page to be directed to the correct page.

Step 10. Repeat step 9 for every page you wish to send to Zilla.

Step 11. On Zilla, click Done.

When you have finished with all the steps above, review the information in Zilla that was synced.
