Box - Browser Extension

Log into Zilla and click Add Application on the top right.

A window with a search bar appears, type in box in the search bar. An application entry will appear at the top of the list, click Add to Applications button to the right.

Fill in the form with appropriate details and then click Add to Applications button.

Navigate to your box application instance in your library. Click Sync now in the top right.

This popup should appear, click the slider below Zilla Universal Sync (ZUS) to enable it.

In another browser window, log in to Box and click Admin Console in the bottom left corner.

Select Users & Groups on the left bar, then Click External Users tab and copy the URL and paste it into the URL text box in the Zilla Box dialog.

Click on Next/Sync Now.

This popup will appear, read the instructions and then click Launch Box.

Sign in to your account if not already logged in.
Click on the browser extension logo located in the top right. Click on Send to Synchronize Box External Users.

Note: Zilla does not support folder access information for Box external users.

Step 8. Review the external users list and click Send.

The checkmark beneath Sent pages confirms that your data was sent. If you are not on the correct page, click Visit page to be directed to the correct page.

For each page, click Visit page to redirect to that page, then click Browser Extension icon, click Send against that page step.

On Zilla, click Done.

Check the sync summary and click Close.
