Overview

Prior to setting up Single Sign-on (SSO) in a Zilla tenant, users will log in to Zilla using their email address and password. Superadmins are also required to use a One Time Password (OTP) to log in. After SSO has been configured, users can access Zilla through their SSO portal.

Prerequisites

• User has been provisioned for their Zilla Security tenant

Login Process

Customers Prior to configuring SSO, customers can log in to their Zilla portal tenant at https://app.zillasecurity.com using their email address and Zilla password.

After SSO has been configured, users can access Zilla through their SSO portal.

3. Type the code you received via email into the Enter Code text box and click Verify.

Please be aware, the code will expire 5 minutes after the email was sent. If your code expires, please restart the login process.
