Login Process

Customers can log in to their Zilla portal at https://app.zillasecurity.com using their email address and Zilla password.

Superadmin Login Process

Superadmin users are required to use a One Time Password (OTP) each time they log in. This OTP will be sent to the user’s work email address.

  1. Go to https://app.zillasecurity.com/ and enter your email address and password. Click Send me an email.

  1. This will trigger an email to be sent to the email address on record for your account.

Note: if this address is incorrect, please contact Zilla Support.

  1. Type the code you received via email into the Enter Code text box and click Verify.

Please be aware, the code will expire 5 minutes after the email was sent. If your code expires, please restart the login process.

  1. You should be authenticated into the Zilla application. When you log in to the Zilla tenant for the first time, you will see only the Zilla application.
