Log In to Zilla
Prior to setting up Single Sign-on (SSO) in a Zilla tenant, admins are required to use a One Time Password (OTP) through the Zilla Advanced Sign In to log in. After SSO has been configured, users can access Zilla through their SSO portal.

First-Time Login Instructions
If you are logging in to Zilla for the first time, you are required to reset your password prior to accessing the application. If you are a returning user, you may also be required to reset your password. The steps below detail how to reset your password and log in to Zilla.
Go to Zilla Security and click
Advanced Sign In
or enter your email address and clickSign In
.
Enter your email address on the Advanced Sign In page and click
Next

Unable to login? Set a new password
.
This triggers an email to be sent to the email address on record for your account.
Click the one-time authentication link in the email or paste the one-time authentication code into the
Enter code
box and clickAuthenticate
.
Create a new password, confirm it, and click
Next
. Your password cannot be the same as any of your last 3 passwords and must include:
At least 12 characters
Less than 64 characters
One uppercase letter (A-Z)
One lowercase letter (a-z)
One number (0-9)
One special character (for example, !@#$%^&*())
A message appears indicating your password was reset successfully. Click
Start over
to begin the process of re-authenticating yourself with your new password.

You are authenticated into the Zilla application. When you log in to the Zilla tenant for the first time, you see only the Zilla application.
Regular Login Instructions
Users are required to use a One-Time Password (OTP) each time they log in prior to setting up SSO. This OTP will be sent to the user’s work email address.
Go to Zilla Security and click
Advanced Sign In
or enter your email address and clickSign In
.
Enter your email address and click
Next

Enter your password and click
Next
. If you are unable to log in using your current password, follow the steps in the First-Time Login Instructions section above to reset your password and authenticate into the Zilla application.
