Overview
Prior to setting up Single Sign-on (SSO) in a Zilla tenant, users will log in to Zilla using their email address and password. Superadmins are also required to use a One Time Password (OTP) to log in. After SSO has been configured, users can access Zilla through their SSO portal.

User has been provisioned for their Zilla Security tenant
SSO has not yet been set up for the tenant
Login Process
Prior to configuring SSO, customers can log in to their Zilla tenant at https://app.zillasecurity.com using their email address and Zilla password.
After SSO has been configured, users can access Zilla through their SSO portal.
Superadmin Login Process
Superadmin users are required to use a One Time Password (OTP) each time they log in. This OTP will be sent to the user’s work email address.
Go to https://app.zillasecurity.com/ and enter your email address and password. Click
Send me an email.
This will trigger an email to be sent to the email address on record for your account.
Note: if this address is incorrect, please contact Zilla Support.
Type the code you received via email into the
Enter Codetext box and clickVerify.
Please be aware, the code will expire 5 minutes after the email was sent. If your code expires, please restart the login process.
You should be authenticated into the Zilla application. When you log in to the Zilla tenant for the first time, you will see only the Zilla application.
