Activate and Deactivate Profile Grants

This topic explains how to activate profiles and take advantage of the pre-approval benefits in access reviews and provisioning.

Activating and deactivating profile grants

1. Click Profiles in the left navigation menu to view the list of generated profiles.
   
   

2. Use the filters or search capability to find the profile for which you wish to update the status, and click View in the Actions column.
   
   

3. Click the three dots in the Actions column for a grant and click Activate Grant to move the grant into activated status or Deactivate Grant to move the grant into deactivated status.
   
   

4. Add a comment (optional) and click Confirm.
   
   

5. The grant status has been updated.
