Login Process
Customers can log in to their Zilla portal at https://app.zillasecurity.com using their email address and Zilla password.
Superadmin Login Process
Superadmin users are required to use a One Time Password (OTP) each time they log in. This OTP will be sent to the user’s work email address.
Step 1
Go to https://app.zillasecurity.com/ and enter your email address and password. Click Send me an email.
Step 2
This will trigger an email to be sent to the email address on record for your account.
Note: if this address is incorrect, please contact Zilla Support.
Step 3
Type the code you received via email into the Enter Code text box and click Verify.
Please be aware, the code will expire 5 minutes after the email was sent. If your code expires, please restart the login process.
Step 4
You should be authenticated into the Zilla application. When you log in to the Zilla tenant for the first time, you will see only the Zilla application.
