Viewing and editing available permissions
In the Profile tab of an application’s details page, you can scroll down to see the set of Available Permissions for an application. This is not to be confused with the Permissions tab, which shows the permissions actually held by various user accounts.
Over on the right, it is possible to customize the columns displayed in this table. You may want to give some of these permissions owners, which can be used to help automatically assign review items when you do an access review. Selecting “Owner” in the column customization menu will display this field in the table.
The Available Permissions table is editable. Clicking on “Edit” for the pane, at the upper right, will bring up a dialog that lets you edit the properties of available permissions.
In this dialog, you can edit the name, privileged status, type and description of a permission. You can also create a new permission.
This dialog has a checkbox that enables editing permission owners. If the application has no permission owners already, this will be disabled by default, but you can select it to specify owners.
