Automatically revoking permissions after an access review

The final step of a campaign is to implement the requested revocations. Zilla has introduced a new feature which automatically revokes permissions after an access review for some applications (more to come!).

Steps to configure this feature:

  1. Navigate to Settings in the left side menu. Scroll to Enable Account Modifications and check the box.

2. Navigate to Applications in the left side menu and open an application instance which supports automatic revocations. Open the application configuration by clicking the gear icon in the top right. Scroll down to Enable account modifications (Yes/No) and change the setting to Yes. These applications support automatic revocations:

3. Click Sync Now to save the configuration and sync. From now on, the first step in a sync will check if any permissions are Pending Revoke. If there are, they will be automatically revoked. Some applications take time to reflect the revocations.
