How to Change the Level of a Profile Grant

The level of a profile grant can be edited to either birthright or suggested. Both levels are considered pre-approved for access reviews and provisioning. Here are step-by-step instructions to change the level of a profile grant in the All Users profile:

• Navigate to the Profiles tab and you will see a listing of profiles.

• Click View for the Profile you want to edit, All Users in the screenshot.

• Click ... in the Actions column for the grant you want to change the level for, Application: Okta, Permission: Access-Ventures in the screenshot.

• Click Edit Level.

• Change the level, add an optional comment and click Confirm.
