Ticketing System Configuration

To configure ServiceNow, Jira Service Management (JSM), or enable email-based ticketing, Provisioning must be enabled in your tenant. Zilla Access Request for ServiceNow must be installed for ServiceNow and Jira Service Management application must be installed for JSM.

Provisioning in Zilla

When enabled, a Provisioning option is displayed in the navigation pane on the left side of the page.

If the Provisioning option does not display in your tenant, click Submit a request in the top right corner of the Help Center and open a ticket. Our support team will assist you to resolve the issue.
