Add Multiple PO Boxes in Zilla

You have the ability to add multiple PO Boxes in the Zilla application directly from the settings, providing you with credentials necessary to deploy PO Box on various platforms.

Configure PO Box in Zilla

  1. Log in to your Zilla tenant as an admin and click Settings in the navigation menu on the left side of the page.

  1. Expand the Configure PO Box section.

  1. Click Add PO Box.

  1. Enter a unique service account name in the Service Account field.

  1. The Generate Credentials button is enabled when the service account name is unique. Click Generate Credentials.

  1. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret and save them in a secure place. These values are needed to configure PO Box in your environment. Click Close.

  1. After a successful PO Box configuration, your PO Box appears in the service account table under the Configure PO Box section.

  1. Next, work with our Support team or use the articles linked at the bottom of this article to set up a PO Box in your environment using the credentials generated when configuring the PO Box.

Regenerate Client ID and Client Secret

Client IDs and Client Secrets can be regenerated, but after regenerating, you also need to update the environment variables where you have deployed the PO Box.

  1. If you need to regenerate a Client ID and Client Secret, click Settings in the navigation menu and expand the Configure PO Box section.

  1. Click the pencil to the right of the PO Box for which you want to regenerate credentials.

  1. Click Regenerate Credentials.
