Zilla Email Notifications
There are several email notifications that are sent from Zilla including automated emails and manually generated emails that can be configured by Zilla admin users and campaign monitors.
This article is designed as an overview of the emails, the context in which they are sent, and the typical recipient or recipients of the email.

Admin Created | Automatically triggered when an admin grants the admin role to a user | The user who has been granted an admin role in the tenant |
Admin Removed | Automatically triggered when an admin revokes admin role from a user | The user who has been removed from the admin role in the tenant |
Business Owner | Automatically triggered when an user has been added as business owner of an application | The user who has been added as the business owner of the application |
Campaign Completed | Automatically triggered when a campaign is completed and revocations have been requested | Email recipients configured under Custom Actions Create Ticket action (additional recipients can be added after the campaign is closed) |
Campaign Completed No Changes | Automatically triggered when a campaign is completed and no revocations have been requested | Email recipients configured under Custom Actions Create Ticket action (additional recipients can be added after the campaign is closed) |
Campaign Launch | Manually triggered by sending a test email or automatically sending to those involved in the campaign when it begins to run | Email address or addresses configured in send test email action or all reviewers from the campaign |
Campaign Readiness Task Assigned | Manually triggered by the campaign monitor selecting Assign Checklist for one application or many applications by clicking Bulk Edit and selecting Assign Checklists, and adding additional instructions (optional) | One or many readiness task assignees from the campaign (if campaign readiness is enabled for the campaign) |
Campaign Readiness Task Reminder | Manually triggered by the campaign monitor clicking Send Readiness Reminder for a campaign, adding a custom message, and clicking Send | All assignees from the campaign with readiness tasks that are not in a complete status (if campaign readiness is enabled for the campaign) |
Campaign Reminder | Manually triggered by the campaign monitor clicking Send Campaign Reminder for a campaign, adding a custom message, and clicking Send | All reviewers from the campaign with reviews that are not in a complete status (the campaign monitor can send themselves a test email prior to triggering this email) |
