Troubleshooting Jira Sync Failure

Sync Failed with Error- 404 Not Found

Root cause: This error occurs when the account from which the OAuth2 App is created is in Suspended state or not in Active state.

 

Solution: To resolve this issue, Please create a new OAuth2 App in Jira from an active admin account.
