Troubleshooting 401 errors during the sync

Sync Failed with Error - HTTP Error Response: 401 Unauthorized…

Solution:

If the sync had succeeded in the past, this application may need to be reauthenticated. Open the sync configuration by clicking the gear icon in the top right. Click the Reauthenticate API integration checkbox and click Sync Now.

Note: This will require the application administrator to enter their credentials.
